The Roulette wheel inside out
The English Dictionary of Oxford states that the word "roulette" states that it is a game that is played by dropping a ball on a spinning wheel with numbers.
Types of Roulette wheels
American Wheel: Consisting of 38 dividers, numbered from 0-36 and includes a double zero (00). Has a house edge of 5.26%. For example if you bet 1$ you will get 52ct. of reward.
European wheel: Consisting of 37 dividers, numbered form 0-36, doesn't include double zero (00). Has a house edge of 2.7%. In this case if you bet 1$ you will be rewarded 27ct.

Set up
The game consists of a Roulette wheel, a ball and a numbered table covering.
The wheel is numbered from 0-36 without any order. The European version of the wheel has only one 0 on it. The American version of the game has a double zero on it as well. The colors of the wheel include red, black and green for the zero. A big part of the game is also dependent on the color system.
Number table
0 (or 00): Right above the 1st row (consisting of 1, 2 and 3). Outlines the house edge(s).
Dozen segment: A column consisting of 3 rows on the left exterior side of the number table. With its help the table is divided by 3 visual parts, 1st dozen (from 1 to 12), 2nd dozen (from 13 to 24) and 3rddozen (from 25-36).
Column bet segment: A row consisting of 3 columns neighboring with the last row of the number table (consisting of 34, 35, 36). Every column in this section conveys a column within the number table and is marked 2:1.
Other rows
Others: Another row is situated parallel to the left side of dozens row.
1-18: lowest game numbers
Even: even numbers varying from 0-36
B: black background numbers of the roulette wheel
R: red background numbers of the roulette wheel
Odd: all of the odd numbers involved in the game varying from 0-36
19-36: the biggest numbers in the game
